1. What is Endless Trail?
Endless Trail is a Queensland-based mountain biking adventure business offering guided rides, adventure rides, taster sessions, MTB Hopper skills progression sessions, ride instruction and coaching, and demonstration rides on premium Commencal mountain bikes.
Our focus is fun, inclusivity, confidence-building, and enjoying the natural environment.2. Where do you operate?
We operate across South East Queensland on selected trail networks and open natural spaces suited to the ride or session being delivered.

1. What types of sessions do you offer?
We offer:
• Guided rides
• Adventure rides
• Taster rides
• Ride instruction & coaching (1-on-1 or small groups)
• Demonstration rides on Commencal Tempo & Meta Hardtail bikes
• MTB Hopper progression sessions (Intro, Lite, Coach, Balance, Mini Pad)2. What is the group size?
Most sessions are capped at 6 riders to maintain safety, personal attention, and a relaxed group experience.
Private coaching and customised rides are also available.3. Are sessions suitable for all ability levels?
Yes. Our rides and coaching are tailored to beginners, returning riders, and experienced mountain bikers. Riders progress at their own pace.
4. Can I book individually?
Yes. You can book individually, with friends, or as a family.
1-on-1 coaching is also available if you prefer focused skill development. -
1. Helmet
A helmet is mandatory — no helmet, no ride. Endless Trail does not provide safety equipment at this time.
2. Pedals
All fleet bikes come with flat pedals.
You are welcome to bring your own pedals for fitting.3. Shoes
• Cleated riding shoes only if bringing your own pedals
• Otherwise, flat-bottom shoes with a firm rubber sole are recommended (better than runners or cross-trainers)4. Hydration backpack
Bring water, snacks, medication, and anything you need while riding.
5. Safety equipment
Gloves, knee pads, and elbow pads are recommended.
6. Sunglasses
To protect eyes from dust, branches, and sun glare.
7. Phone
Bring your phone for safety and communication.

1. Why do we meet 30 minutes before the ride?
Endless Trail has several important responsibilities to complete before each ride:
• Rider Waiver
All riders must sign a waiver before starting.• Bike Setup & Fit
We complete final adjustments including:
– Suspension setup
– Seatpost height
– Pedal installation
– Control positioning• Pre-Ride Induction
Regardless of experience level, every rider receives a briefing covering:
– Bike features and setup
– Using the eMTB functions (if applicable)
– Planned terrain and how to identify hazards
– Rider etiquette and shared trail responsibilitiesThis ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for every participant.

1. Are your rides inclusive for kids and families?
Absolutely. Our rides encourage participation from all ages and abilities, supporting family-friendly experiences at a comfortable pace.
2. How do you manage mixed abilities?
We focus on:
• Riding together as one group
• Supporting less confident riders
• Allowing stronger riders to progress safely
• Grouping riders with similar abilities when useful
• Keeping families together throughout the ride3. My child is shy or anxious — will they cope?
Yes. Endless Trail sessions are calm, encouraging, and pressure-free.
Many riders build confidence quickly in our supportive environment. -
1. Do you provide bikes?
Yes — for taster and demo rides, we provide Commencal Tempo and Meta Hardtail demo bikes.
For all other sessions, you are welcome to bring your own bike or ask about availability.2. Can I bring my own bike?
Yes. Many riders do, and demo sessions offer the chance to compare bikes.

Please notify us early if you need to cancel.
Safety-related cancellations (weather, trail closures) will be rescheduled or credited. -
1. Are your rides safe?
Yes. All rides include a pre-ride briefing, bike check, and safety overview.
2. Are your sessions inclusive?
Absolutely. Riders of all ages, abilities, and confidence levels are welcome.

1. What if weather is too wet or too hot?
If conditions are unsuitable, Endless Trail will notify riders at least 90 minutes before the planned start time.
Riders will be given the option to:
• Rebook for another date, or
• Request a refundSafety and rider comfort always come first.
